The Death of Deficiency Culture

Deficiency Culture is the water we swim in.

Its insidious messages of fear, lack and limitation pour into us through radio, print media, social media, television and our daily conversations.

We are indoctrinated into Deficiency Culture by our politicians, our celebrities, our co-workers, our friends and our family members. And it's not their fault - they've been indoctrinated too!

Deficiency Culture proclaims that who we are is not enough.

Planting and nourishing the seeds of self-doubt, it creates an atmosphere of shame and comparison. Every day in countless ways Deficiency Culture reminds us

  • we're not pretty enough

  • we're not smart enough

  • we're not young enough

  • we're not thin enough

  • we're not strong enough

  • we're not fast enough

  • we're not doing enough

  • we're not giving enough

Enough already!

Deficiency Culture is a fear monger and a liar.

When we believe these lies they become our reality.
When we believe these lies we experience scarcity.
When we believe these lies we forget our sufficiency.
When we believe these lies we are disconnected from our power.

When we STOP believing the lies Deficiency Culture dies.
