Who you really are is a process unfolding.

Please remember this.

At every stage of the process you have all that you need to move you to the next stage. Just as a flower evolves from a seed there is nothing you need to do or not do in order to "make" the process unfold.

Indeed, you have a lot in common with this sunflower!

The Process (aka: YOU) is happening seamlessly, naturally and perfectly, even though at times your experience of it may seem otherwise.

You are always whole, complete and enough. In every moment. At every stage. Regardless of how you may feel at that stage or in that moment.

You can trust the process because you ARE the process.
